Bluewater Island resort offers safe swimming for children and adults in the Lagoon.

Tennis Courts



Play tennis in the cool of the evening with our flood lit tennis courts. Racquets and balls available at reception.

Volleyball



Situated next to the conference hall, all the equipment neccessary is available from the reception. Make your own team or play our energetic staff team!

Shark Feeding (in the largest natural aquarium in Vanuatu)



Bluewater aquarium has twenty black tipped reef sharks swimming amongst a myriad of fish. Our staff will give you food to feed the sharks and fish. A most relaxing time watching the unpredictable habits of marine life. Don't fall in!

Onshore Fishing (Rentapao River only!)



Bluewater island is a marine park and resort management requests other than that off the groin in the Rentapao river.The Rentapao river is teeming with Trivoli and rainbow jack. Fishing eqiupment is availble from reception but you will need to make your own arrangements for bait or bring your own lures.

Deep Reef Fishing

Spend the day with our professional fisherman on the reefs off bluewater island. Fishing in up to two hundred metres for the most popular fish in Vanuatu: wahu and pollet.

Golf



If you wish to play golf while in Vanuatu, just ask our staff at reception and they will arrange everything for you.

Fish Feeding (in the largest natural aquarium in Vanuatu)

Throw the fish food as fast and hard as you can from one end of the rock pool to the other and watch these giant trivali, brim,unicorn fish and tuna look at you from beneath the water watch you throw the food and chase it while the food is still in mid air!

Single Kayak and paddle



Kayak in our lagon or taken an adventure paddle up the
Rentapao river under the canopy of giant trees with elkorns, orchids and rainforest vines hanging down everywhere. A paddle you will never forget.

Glass Bottom Kayak and paddle

Kayak in our lagon over the amazing reefs! Look down and see the fish swim right underneath you!

Row Boat

A great way to exercise to get ready for feasting at our restaurant. Our four metre row boat is available by request at reception.

Snorkelling



Snorkelling equip[ment is available at reception to allow our guests to see first hand the beautiful array of tropical salt water fish and reef structures around one or more of the five waterways that touch the shores of bluewater island.

Scuba diving



Dive directly off the resort as the resort sits on approximately 1.2km of beautiful reef teeming with reef fish, lobsters etc The edge of the reef then drops sharply two hundred metres with a reef and coral wall. Diving equipment is available for hire from Vila, all arrangements will be made from our staff at reception.

Car hire

If you require a car once again, just ask our staff at reception and they will arrange everything for you.

Horse Riding

If you wish to go on a horse ride in Vanuatu, just ask our staff at reception and they will arrange everything for you.
